This video, to be watched and listened to comfortably seated and under helmet, is the result of a creation by composer Sébastien Roux, entitled Canons on divided screen*. This creation originated in the so-called Vuza cannons. These cannons have two specific features: the different voices of the cannon never overlap and once all the voices have entered, all the time is occupied. Transcribed in a sound research for percussion and filmed by multiplication of a fixed plane on the hands of the percussionist, these cannons involve a fascinating and hypnotizing sound phenomenon.
